Jason founded the Charles James Developments Group in 2003 with the principle aims of creating exceptional residential and commercial properties in locations that he is passionate about, whilst delivering outstanding customer relations. A seasoned developer, Jason has lead the successful completion of a diverse range of properties throughout his long-standing career. Jason's experience to date and drive for quality assurance has established this trusted team that makes up the Charles James Developments Group.
Tony Knauer
Construction Manager
Tony brings along a wealth of knowledge to the CJD team having spent over 40 years in the industry, with some 20 of those years in senior management roles for some of the UK major national House Builders. His technical knowledge, methodical approach and ability to clearly communicate even the most complex details to people and trades alike, ensure every project runs as smoothly as possible. Tony delivers our projects to the highest standard.
Karen Lawrie
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Karen has 7 year’s experience working in property development and her role with CJD is to provide extensive administrative support to all the team throughout the duration of a project. Karen’s skill-set is wide ranging and her attention to detail is key. Karen has always recognised the importance of building a friendly and professional rapport with all parties involved in a project, which echoes the ethos of CJD.
DANIEL Moody
Director
Daniel is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has successfully managed more than four projects with CJD and will continue to oversee future developments.
PAUL Smeeth
Property & Finance Director
Paul combines his experience as a property agent over two decades with his more recent role as finance specialist,
raising commercial and development funds within the property sector. During Paul's 30yr career he has acted on behalf of a wide variety of exclusive clients and has been involved in extensive projects
throughout the UK. Paul's versatility within the Charles James Group as well as his
comprehensive network of contacts and clients throughout the industry ensure that each project is thoroughly supported from start to finish.
